ZenMed Scar Treatment

Acne Scars Cream Rating:  70/100

The Zenmed scars treatment system seemed like it would have a chance at working.  I thought their website looked great, and the fact that they carried several other products for “acne sufferers” made me feel like they were no fly by night company, and could be trusted.

The zenmed scars treatment system did not help my acne scars as much as I had hoped.

The purchase process went smoothly, and I received my products in only 3 days.  So far so good.  I began to follow the instructions on the bottles.   My acne scars had TWO problems… the redness or purple-like discoloration on my scars, and also bumpiness and holes on my skin.  This product claimed it would work on both, so I was pretty excited.

I used both of the products in the system for about 4.5 weeks.  I ran out of the “skin eraser” before the microdermabrasion complex.   I have to admit, I really didn’t see any improvement in EITHER the color or texture of my scars.

My skin did feel softer overall, but basically not much more than it does when using any moisturizer on the skin.   The microdermabrasion complex also felt like it was irritating the skin a bit.  I know it is SUPPOSED to cause the outer layer of skin to come off gradually, but it felt more like a stinging and frankly, I couldn’t tell if the skin was exfoliated at all.   My acne scars looked the same.

Their customer service was really good though, although I was disappointed in how the products worked.  I took advantage of their 60 day money back guarantee, which they honored.

Overall, I can not recommend this product for working on your acne scars, although the company is very professional, and treated me well.  The ingredient list that is published on their website looks MORE than exciting with lots of natural ingredients. Unfortunately, it did nothing for me.  The $59.99 would have been wasted, had I not gotten the refund they promised.
